Poggiacolle farmhouse is in the heart of Tuscany, close to Volterra and at no more than 1 hour driving from the most important art towns in our region (Siena, Florence, Pisa, Arezzo, Lucca).

The holiday villa is in the heart of the property, which consists of vineyards, olive groves, green pastures and woods of oak, holm and chestnut.
In such scenery, at sunset, our guests might bump into the Tuscan wildlife: pheasants, hares, foxes, deers and wild boars.

Poggiacolle farmhouse, a natural oasis due to its location, offers lots of facilities to make the guests' stay in San Gimignano more comfortable and pleasant.

Around the guest reception villa there are large green areas with chairs, tables, sun loungers and parasols. The swimming pool, 7x14 metre, 20 metres away from the holiday villa, with its amazing location, overlooks the medieval towers and the great countryside of San Gimignano.

Enjoying the Tuscan Nature

At Poggiacolle farmhouse guests can use mountain bikes, play table tennis. A picnic area with tables and benches is in the nearby wood, just 500 metres from the holiday villa.
There are trekking paths running through the estate, connected to a circuit of tracks (about 30km) all around San Gimignano (Siena).
In the surroundings there are tennis courts (about 1,5 km away), a golf course ( about 15 km away) and a five-a-side football pitch (about 2km away).
