Cooking Classes

Debora's passion for cooking was born from the love and care her grandmother Loredana passed on to her as she cooked for her family of 14.
After a health problem, she turned this passion into a career because she believes that doing what makes her feel good and surrounding herself with the people who make her feel good improves her life. Over the years, she has taken many courses and continues to do so because she never stops learning.

She's a unique chef; she teaches cooking techniques with a sense of humor and tries to convey her passion, but technique is also essential.
She is a member of the FIC (Italian Chefs Federation), the ASSOCIAZIONE CUOCHI SENESI (Association of Sienese Chefs), the UNION OF TUSCAN CHEFS, and LADY CHEF. Her motto is heart, mind, and passion, focusing on tradition, innovation, seasonality, and the promotion of Tuscan products and history.

The lessons take place in the kitchen of the restaurant of the Farmhouse Poggiacolle overlooking the splendid towers of San Gimignano.
During the cooking class everyone can have fun and learn the secrets of traditional Tuscan cooking.
The preparation of each menu always includes handmade pasta, a traditional dessert and typical peasant recipes of the past prepared with the advice of Debora and Irene.

Each course has an average duration of about 3 hours and ends with the tasting of the dishes prepared together in a simple and familiar atmosphere.

On request it is also possible to arrange a Vegetarian Menu with Debora.

It is recommended to report in advance if there are food allergies or intolerances.
