The prices include: linen and towels, use of the swimming pool, pool towels, daily cleaning, TV, wi-fi, air conditioning, use of our mountain bikes and barbecue, car parking.
Apartment prices do NOT include breakfast. 
We provide towels for the pool.
Pets allowed (dogs, cats): free. On the property there is a small fenced area for dogs to walk around.

- Check in: 2:30PM - 5:30PM.
The reception closes at 6pm. If you are late please let us know in advance.
- Check out: from 9:00AM to 10:00AM

Terms and conditions for reservations and cancellations.

At the time of booking we will charge 30% of the total to guarantee the reservation.
In case of cancellation, the deposit can be used as a voucher for a new booking in the following 12 months.

From the moment of acceptance of the reservation, in case of cancellation of the reservation by the customer, the following cancellation penalties will be applied:
APARTMENTS:
- from the moment of booking to 60 days before the stay, the deposit will be returned as a voucher for the booking of another period in the following 12 months;
- from 60 to 45 days before the stay, a penalty of 30% (total including any deposit paid);
- from 45 to 30 days before the stay, a penalty of 50% (total including any deposit paid);
- from 30 to 15 days before the stay, a penalty of 70% (total including any deposit paid);
- from 15 to 0 days before the stay, a penalty of 100% (total including any deposit paid).
- In case of NO SHOW (no communication of cancellation, and no presentation of the customer for the stay) a percentage of 100% will be charged.
ROOMS:
- from 30 to 15 days before the stay, a penalty of 30% (total including any deposit paid);
- from 15 to 7 days before the stay, a penalty of 50% (total including any deposit paid).
- from 7 to 0 days before the stay, a penalty of 100% (total including any deposit paid).
- In case of NO SHOW (no cancellation communication, and no presentation of the customer for the stay) a percentage of 100% will be charged.

For reservations with a Special Rate with Advance Payment, the entire amount will be charged at the time of booking and will not be refunded.

The payment of advances and any penalties will be made by debiting the following types of credit card: VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD.
